Programme Changes:

The organisers reserve the right to change the venue and/or speakers at any time without prior notice.  They also reserve the right to cancel the event at their discretion, in which case all monies received will be refunded in full.

Timing: 

All programme timings are approximate - please see conference programme.

Networking Event: 

An evening networking event will be held on Monday, 17th May 2010 in the Exhibition Hall.

Golf: 

Delegates playing in the golf tournament need to ensure they are ready to leave by 12:30pm. Lunch will be provided in the exhibition hall prior to leaving.  Please ensure that you have advised the correct clubs required.

Non-Golf Activity:

Delegates participating in either the Golf Tournament or Non-golf Activity, need to ensure they are ready to leave by 12:30pm.  Lunch will be provided.

Transfers: 

The Sheraton Mirage Resort & Spa, Gold Coast is about 30 minutes north of the Gold Coast/Coolangatta Airport, and 45 minutes south from Brisbane International Airport. Please ensure you make arrangements for all your required air travel, transfers or car hire.

Cancellation & Substitution Policy:

All bookings carry a cancellation charge liability immediately after a complete registration has been received.  Notification of any alterations or cancellations must be sent by post, facsimile or email to Ausdrinks2010 Conference Organiser, S4, L1, 6-8 Crewe Place, Rosebery NSW 2018. Registration cancellations received more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event will receive a full refund minus $100 administration fee per delegate. There will be no refunds for registration cancellations received less than fourteen (14) days prior to the event. Should a registered delegate be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome to attend at no additional cost. Should we receive any cancellations of accommodation within 30 days of the arrival date, or guests not arriving for reservations held, Sheraton Mirage Resort & Spa reserves the right to charge 100% cancellation fee.
