With over twenty years experience in the Beverage Industry, George Gekas has worked for both retailers and suppliers in a Marketing and Operational capacity in various countries around the world. George will be giving a retailers perspective on Consumer Needs and Private Label Supply. A highly experienced and effective senior manager within the beverage and food industry with a track record of operational and marketing success internationally. An individual who uses experience and knowledge to achieve outstanding results and respect across many diverse cultures. Extensive overseas experience. Lived in the UK for five years while starting and growing businesses in 13 countries. Created a manufacturing infrastructure and supply chain while living in South Africa for 6 months. Currently living in Melbourne Australia developing premium private label products across 12 Beverage and Food categories for the Coles Group.
